With our RCT, all of these systems work together allowing you to change over your new "Flexible Lines" in minutes!  Our proprietary QCM (Quick Connection Module) allows our Rapid Change Platens to move from our Rapid Change Transports and into our Rapid Change Machines without use of tools or manually connecting electrical and pneumatic wires and lines!  When you are ready to change over your line, simply roll up your RCTr, slide your entire dedicated tool (that is built on top of our RCP) out of the RCM and onto the RCTr.  Then simply push the tool over to one of our storage systems and retrieve your next tool.  Once you have transferred your next tool into our RCM, you simply select the program for that tool on the touch screen HMI, or have it automatically pulled up using our optional RFID tag system and you are ready to run!
